As an IFS order fulfillment services client, you’ll work directly with your own Account Manager who will oversee your business on a daily basis. Your Account Manager will learn everything there is to know about your products, and will keep you informed about important information regarding orders and customers. Our friendly, knowledgeable Account Managers are adept at cross-sells and upsells, and excel at solving problems and keeping customers happy. Many order fulfillment clients have seen sales increase once an IFS Account Manager joined the team.

At our fulfillment center in Kansas City, MO, we receive and manage orders placed online, by phone and by mail. Orders are matched against available inventory, credit cards are charged, and products are carefully picked, packed and shipped—usually the day we receive them. Attention to detail is critical, but the IFS team is up to the challenge, as evidenced by our 99.873% order accuracy rate. Regular reports will keep you up to speed on inventory, warehouse deliveries and orders we receive and fill.
As a PCI compliant order fulfillment service provider, IFS complies with the latest PCI DSS standards for enhancing payment card data security. Your customers’ credit card data is safe and secure due to the security management, policies, procedures, network architecture, software design and other critical protective measures we take. Already using a shopping cart? We can assist you with creating processes to download order details. If you don’t have a shopping cart set up yet, you may wish to utilize our simple cart. The ability to use our shopping cart is a huge benefit for many ecommerce fulfillment clients. The cart is quick and cost-effective to set up, and it’s easy for us to download orders directly for speedy, secure processing.
Once your products are manufactured or purchased, ship them to us for storage in our secure, modern facilities. Our fulfillment warehouses and distribution center are climate-controlled, FDA-inspected and food-grade compliant.
