Sharon Milburn
Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Co-Founder of IFS, Sharon has been instrumental to the success of IFS since the company's inception. After receiving her degree from Simpson College, and following an early career in teaching, Sharon spent more than twenty years volunteering for several nonprofit organizations. Today she manages the corporate administration and accounting functions for IFS. |

Keith Milburn
Co-Founder and President
Keith is an entrepreneur who has launched several businesses over the years. He spent 22 years in sales and management for a $100MM Logistics company headquartered in Kansas City prior to becoming president and co-owner of that Company in 1990. The organization had five distribution centers and its own transportation system. Keith's vast distribution experience led him to co-found IFS in 1997. |

Jim Shrimpton -
Vice President, Operations
Jim joined IFS in early 2001, bringing more than 20 years of extensive management experience in inventory control, auditing, finance, and human resources. Prior to joining IFS, Jim served for nearly 10 years as Controller for a significant manufacturing firm. He has his MBA from Southern Illinois University and also is a CPA and CMA. Jim directs all day-to-day operations and MIS needs for IFS. |

Karla Carson
Director of Client Services
Karla - who joined IFS in 2000 and was promoted to her new position in 2006 - has made a significant contribution to the company's growth. With years of sales, customer service and product distribution experience, plus exceptional organizational skills, Karla makes certain IFS clients receive the highest possible level of service. Karla assesses each client's operational needs, establishes procedures to ensure our workflow for that client is both efficient and cost effective, and ultimately follows through with each client to ensure we not only meet their needs but exceed their expectations. |

Jacob Parr
Manager, Call Center
Jacob brings solid management skills and a commitment to exceptional customer service to his role as Manager of the IFS Call Center. With a degree in Marketing from Central Missouri State University and experience in the hospitality industry, Jacob combines his Midwestern work ethic with a can-do attitude. He and the entire IFS Call Center team offer each client "high touch" service and a dedication to taking good care of their customers. |

Harry Douglas
Data Administrator
With years of Information Technology experience, Harry joined IFS full time in 2004 as Data Administrator after serving as a consultant to the company since early 2001. With a deep understanding of IT systems analysis, database development and network administration, Harry supports IFS's internal user group, manages client databases, and interfaces with clients and their web developers to assure the integrity of incoming data. |

Ronald Marden
Consulting Engineer and Business Partner
Ron is a BSEE with 28 years engineering experience working for major US companies. He has provided highly qualified project and industrial engineering support to IFS and its clients since 2000. Ron develops "least cost" fulfillment systems prior to the proposal stage, which enables IFS to reduce the cost of fulfillment for its clients. |

Debbie Hagen
Marketing Consultant and Business Partner
A former satisfied client, Debbie sold her catalog business in 1999 to a company that remained a satisfied IFS client for the next five years. Since then, Debbie has continued to work with IFS from the other side of the desk. With more than 20 years experience, Debbie provides marketing, public relations and communications support to IFS and its client companies. |
