• Payment Processing - No need to worry about lag time between receiving orders from your customers and waiting for payment.  We'll process your credit card orders promptly so your customers' orders will ship the same day they are received.  The funds will be deposited directly into your merchant account on a daily basis. 

• Automated Shipping - Once your orders are received, our system automatically creates pick tickets and labels, so shipping is fast and efficient. You can choose from a variety of delivery options, and we'll ship across the country or around the world.  We will even send your customers an email confirmation of their order and tracking information.

• Full-Service Call Center - We know that your company's image is critically important.  That's why when your customers interface with the professional, well-trained IFS Call Center, you can be confident our staff will serve as a knowledgeable extension of your business; giving your customers the attention and excellent service that they deserve.  Your calls will be answered in less than 20 seconds and every order will be processed quickly and efficiently.  Plus, with the help of your full-time Account Manager, you will be kept apprised of all customer opportunities and any concerns.  In fact, your Account Manager will be the first one to take your customers' calls and will coordinate any changes and special instructions to other IFS team members.  And should you have special staffing requirements, we'll work with you to understand the timing, seasonality and volume issues related to your business.

• Subscription (Auto-Refill) Program - Do your customers choose to receive product shipments automatically?  IFS is recognized for its continuity and auto-ship services.  Our system automatically generates a replenishment order to make certain your products are shipped exactly when your customers are due for a refill.  You may choose from a variety of delivery options, and we will ship across the country or around the world.  We will then send your customers an email confirmation of their order and tracking information.

• Complete Fulfillment, Warehousing, Distribution, Pick and Pack and Return Service - With an extensive warehouse, a quality Midwestern workforce, and state of the art technology, IFS can provide  complete turnkey service for your business, specific to your individual needs.

• Web site and Shopping Cart - As an available option to you, IFS can provide a complete Web site and Shopping Cart so your business can be up and running in a very short time.  The system fully integrates with the IFS operating system so orders can be downloaded directly for secure and speedy processing.

• Warehousing - Once you purchase or manufacture your products you can have them shipped directly to IFS for warehousing in our modern, secure, food grade compliant, and climate controlled warehouse.

• Order Processing - We can receive and manage your orders via web, mail and telephone on a daily basis.  After matching your orders with your inventory we will charge the credit card, print the invoice pick, pack, and ship your order the same day.  We track and measure our accuracy specific to each client and maintain a measurable 99.9 percent accuracy.  Meaning your customer will get the product they ordered in a timely manor.

• Shipping - Because of our central business location, we can get a package anywhere in the continental U.S. within three business days, by Ground Delivery.  We ship with all the Major carriers like, UPS, FedEx, USPS, and even have discounted rates available.
• Returns - Following your published return policy, IFS will receive your returns, inspect according to your instructions, reverse the credit card transaction, and put the product back into inventory or manage it as you choose.

• Data Base Management - As a Direct to Consumer seller, your database of customers and information is critically important to your ongoing business. We have a full-time Data Administrator on staff to provide complete reporting services specific to your individual request..

• Lot Control Inventory Systems - If you are a Nutraceutical or Cosmeceutical company or seller of any ingestible product, you will need to comply with the Guidance for Industry Postmarketing Adverse Events Reporting as set by the Federal Drug Administration.  As an IFS client, we can insure our compliance to these standards and manage your inventory and data for recall issues.

• Online Access to Inventory Supply Chain - As requested, we can provide you with online access to your real time inventory and sales information via web online interface.

• PCI - DSS Compliance - IFS complies with the latest Payment Card Industry - Data Security Standards for processing your customers' credit cards securely and safely. PCI Compliance includes requirements for security management, policies, procedures, network architecture, software design and other critical protective measures intended to proactively protect customer account data.

• Detailed Reporting - Not only can we provide you daily updates of your important sales and customer data, we will assist you with tracking results of your advertising or marketing initiatives.  Knowing that this information is critically important to your business planning processes, we have a full-time Data Administrator who will capture and process the information to accurately report the results specific to your needs.  We can provide you with customizable and detailed reports showing the results of your marketing or advertising campaigns specific to the information you requested be tracked.

• Minimum Replenishment Levels - Our system will alert us when your inventory reaches its re-order status, so you will never have to worry about running out of product.
