In early 2009, Belli’s management team decided it was time to engage a professional third party resource to manage its customer service and product fulfillment. Belli President Annette Rubin spoke with Innovative Fulfillment Solutions (IFS) President Keith Milburn since IFS was already managing the customer service and fulfillment for Kelo-cote®, a sister company. Before long, Belli had become another IFS cosmeceutical client.
